1. Who we are

The site is published by Fairmont Creative Ltd, a company based in London. At the moment it contains one review, of PlayOJO. We would rather publish one review we can stand behind than a long list of operators we have not checked. When we add more operators, they will be reviewed with the same method described below.

2. What this site is and is not

We are a review site, not a casino. We do not take bets, hold player accounts or process payments, and we do not operate or own any of the operators we review. Anything you play happens on the operator's own website, under its own terms and licence.

The content is written for people aged 18 or over who live in the United Kingdom. Where an offer is not open to part of the UK, such as Northern Ireland, the review says so.

3. How we make money

When you register with an operator through a link on this site, the operator may pay us a commission. It costs you nothing extra. Links to operators are marked as sponsored, and each page that carries one shows an advertising disclosure.

Commission does not decide what a review says. We do not accept payment to change the wording of a review or to give an operator a better position. If the way we are paid changes in a way that could affect readers, we update this page.

4. How we review operators

Every review follows the same checks. We record the date they were made on the page.

• Operator and licence. We identify the company behind the brand and look it up on the UK Gambling Commission public register: account number, licence types, status, and whether the site's domain is listed under that account. If we cannot match a brand to an active licence, we do not review it.
• Offer terms. We read the full terms of the welcome offer: qualifying deposit, wagering requirement, eligible games, value of spins or bonus, expiry, who can claim, regional exclusions and the operator's right to remove rewards. The review lists the points a reader needs before depositing.
• Safer gambling. We check that the operator takes part in GAMSTOP and describes deposit limits, time-outs and self-exclusion, and we link to free support services.
• Payments and verification. We note the payment methods, the minimum deposit, and the identity and source-of-funds checks the operator says it carries out.
• Games. We describe the types of games on offer. We do not rank games or give odds.

Our sources are the Gambling Commission register and the operator's own published terms. When we state that we tested something, such as a withdrawal, we give the date and what we did. Anything we have not tested is stated as untested in the review. This is why the PlayOJO review makes no claim about payout speed.

We do not give operators a numerical score. With one operator on the site a score would have nothing to be compared with. If we add more, we will publish the criteria and their weighting before we publish any scores.

We recheck a review when we learn that an operator's terms have changed, and at least once every three months.

5. Editorial policy

• Reviews are written by the Fairmont Creative Ltd editorial team and are not edited by operators.
• We state facts we can source. Where something is our opinion, we say so.
• We do not publish reviews, ratings or testimonials that we cannot trace to a real source.
• We do not promise winnings, describe gambling as a way to make money, or encourage people to chase losses.
• Our content is for adults. We show the 18+ symbol, the safer gambling message and links to free support services on every page.

6. Corrections and updates

If you find a mistake, or an offer has changed, write to [email protected] or use the contact form. We check the claim against the operator's terms and the register, correct factual errors and change the update date on the page.
